Yun-An Huang

My research interests are in medical imaging, data analysis and cognitive neuroscience. I developed a worldwide-patented MR technique in National Taiwan University and developed MR imaging products in AMA Med. Inc. Afterward, I obtained my Ph.D. degree in studying the functional connectivity of emotion networks on patients with brain lesions by using fMRI at KU Leuven.
At NERF, I mainly focus on developing laboratory technologies for functional ultrasound (fUSI) experiments. My works include software development for fUSI data analysis, resting state data analysis, pattern recognition of animal behaviors, etc.
