My scientific focus has been disease-oriented basic research and diagnostic multicentric trials with patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) or traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Over the years I became aware of the difficulties in translational research. As a project manager at NERF, I want to help bridge the gap between bench and bedside by promoting concrete clinical questions to be addressed simultaneously in the lab and with patients, and by using cutting-edge technology to achieve the best results.
