CAGATAY AYDIN ON STAGE AT 25Y VIB CELEBRATION

On Oct 13th, VIB celebrated its 25th anniversary. As one of NERF's founding institutes, VIB has put Flanders on the map as a pioneer in life sciences. We were more than happy to join the celebrations.

Cagatay Aydin, a postdoc in the Haesler lab, was on stage for a series of rapid-fire questions, together with another talented early career researcher, Antonella Fioravanti (VIB-VUB). Cagatay explained the importance of teamwork, systems neuroscience, and neuropixels - the perfect representation of research at NERF.
